A patchwork of new privacy regulations coming online and widespread, increasingly sophisticated cyberattacks are combining to make cybersecurity top-of-mind for in-house litigators.

That’s the key takeaway from the annual survey of more than 400 in-house litigation leaders based in the U.S. and Canada recently published by Norton Rose Fulbright, where 44% of respondents said they are concerned about the prospect of cybersecurity litigation this year, higher than any other category.
