Littler Mendelson shareholder Scott Forman isn’t your average attorney. A veteran litigator and  founding member of the firm’s Innovation Advisory Council and Miami office, Forman has also spearheaded the creation of Littler onDemand, a platform through which in-house counsel can elicit real-time answers to legal questions, and case management tools Littler CaseSmart and Virtual Binder.

Now, he’s taking his development experience to another level. This week, Littler announced Forman as the firm’s first ever chief data officer, a role that entails leading data governance and collection efforts to help improve internal processes and client-focused legal services. Forman will manage Littler’s team of data scientists and launch new solutions that harness the insights from the firm’s internal data.
