A number of senior London partners at top law firms are advising as the CEO of commodities intelligence provider, Argus Media, takes majority ownership of the company. Leaders at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom, Macfarlanes, and White & Case all scored roles as Argus CEO Adrian Binks and existing minority shareholder, General Atlantic, consolidate their shares in the company, according to a release from Argus.

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer advised General Atlantic, with partners were Samira Afrasiabi and the firm’s head of global transactions, Julian Pritchard, leading. They were joined by partners Toby Bingley and Christopher Davis working on the finance side, the firm said.
