Mishcon de Reya is acting on behalf of the Board of Deputies of British Jews in their criticism of the BBC’s coverage of Hamas’s attacks in Israel.

In a letter to the BBC’s Director-General Tim Davie, and shared on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter) by the Board of Deputies, Mishcon partner Adam Rose wrote: “…the BBC insists that it is ‘fair and accurate’ to refer to Hamas as ‘militants’ and not as ‘terrorists’”.
