The legal sector is increasingly in need of change to meet the needs of the transforming practice of law, while simultaneously resistant to change and innovation.

This can be a real challenge for global law firms, with each office having a different culture and way of working—meaning the way staff around the world respond to ‘one-size-fits-all’ change projects can be vastly different. There are various reasons why these different offices will work in different ways. Often, it’s down to local laws and regulations, e.g. how long paper records have to be kept.
