The Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) has released its historic Family Plan Guidelines. The latest addition to the DIFC’s legal framework under corporate governance has the potential to completely reshape the scene of family abundance in the territory.

Prior to the introduction of the Family Plan Rules by the DIFC, the environment for managing family wealth and resources in the DIFC was perhaps less organized and more dependent on individual family courses of action and arrangements.
