An employment tribunal judge has struck out race discrimination and harsassment claims made by an ex-CMS employee against her former firm and several former colleagues—however, the firm still faces a claim of victimisation.

Premila Patel, a former employee of the law firm and the claimant in these proceedings, had made allegations of “discrimination, harassment, [and] victimisation”, according to statements made by Patel’s lawyer at the preliminary tribunal hearing.
