Clifford Chance has taken the number one spot in Stonewall’s Top 100 Employers 2023, while Linklaters, the only other law firm to place in the top 10, took ninth place.
Each year, Stonewall, Europe’s biggest LGBTQ+ charity, compiles its top 100 employers via a ‘workplace equality index’, which highlights employers’ commitments to supporting LGBTQ+ employees, as well as championing LGBTQ+ equality across the UK.
