A class action claiming FedEx unfairly denies employees compensation for short-term military leave has been filed in the District of Delaware.

The complaint’s named plaintiff, who performs aircraft maintenance for FedEx and regularly takes brief leaves of absence for his obligations as a member of the Indiana Air National Guard, is represented by Block & Leviton, Outten & Golden, Gupta Wessler, Crotty & Son and Thomas G. Jarrard and is seeking both damages and a change to FedEx policy.
