Bart Daniel, co-chair of the white-collar defense and investigations practice at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, has his hands full.

Daniel, a South Carolina-based partner, is representing Sen. Lindsey Graham in fighting a subpoena that would require him to testify before a special grand jury investigating whether former President Donald Trump and others illegally sought to overturn his 2020 election defeat in Georgia. Graham is also represented by a team of Jones Day lawyers, including Don McGahn.
