As white collar cases generate more demand in South Florida, Philadelphia-headquartered Cozen O’Connor is adding its first white-collar member entirely based out of its Miami office.

Kurt Lunkenheimer is stepping into the private sector after 13 years working as a prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of Florida. Lunkenheimer and others are seeing more enforcement activity out of the region as the inbound migration of business activity into the state generates more scrutiny.
