While South Florida litigators were grappling with the effects of COVID-19 pandemic in as it unfolded in real time, University of Miami School of Law associate dean Greg Levy was behind the scenes, searching for ways to prepare the next generation of lawyers to enter a legal profession forever changed.

Levy’s department focuses on the sports, entertainment and art spaces. Since the start of the pandemic, its work has pivoted to force majeure clauses, insurance policies and agreements in limbo.
