Christopher A. Sica of Rome Clifford Katz & Koerner secured a $240,000 settlement for his client in a motor vehicle collision lawsuit after applying pressure with a motion for prejudgment remedy.

“The prejudgment remedy was the driver of the settlement,” Sica said. “This is a case that probably would’ve been litigated for two years before a trial setting.”
