I recently joined Arnold & Porter as a partner in the firm’s antitrust group, after spending over a decade leading the Antitrust and M&A Regulatory functions at two major corporations in the pharmaceutical and technology industries. Two months in, the adjustment back to private practice has been exhilarating but also eye opening as the two legal worlds could not be more different.
