Paris-based Teleperformance, a huge provider of outsourced business services, has hired Latham & Watkins partner Teri O’Brien as chief legal and compliance officer—a change in command spurred by the retirement of legal chief Leigh Ryan.

O’Brien, who is based in San Diego, has been with Latham & Watkins for 15 months. Before that, she spent nearly 19 years with Paul Hastings, where she rose to become chair of the San Diego corporate practice.
