Luxury Italian fashion house Prada Group has appointed its next group general counsel.

International chief counsel Cristina De Dona at U.S. chocolate retailer The Hershey Company has been hired to the role, according to a company statement on Thursday. She will be in charge of the supervision, development and consolidation of all the company’s legal, intellectual property and corporate affairs and she will report to the chief executive officers, Miuccia Prada and Patrizio Bertelli, the statement added.
