Two months after Leafly announced plans to go public, the Seattle-based cannabis company announced Thursday that it has tapped New York attorney Kimberly Boler as general counsel.

Boler will lead Leafly’s regulatory, legal and advocacy efforts as the company—which runs a website for ordering and learning about cannabis—continues to pursue expansion.
