An Ohio-based call center and receivables management company has named a new top lawyer.
Ricardo King has been named chief compliance officer and general counsel at Defiance, Ohio-based Credit Adjustments Inc. In his new role, King will oversee all of the company’s legal activities and lead the compliance team, ensuring compliance with the relevant laws and regulations that govern CAI’s services, according to a statement announcing his hiring. It was not immediately clear whether King is the company’s first-ever GC.
