Since graduation, Caitlin has gained over a decade of experience in the Sales and Marketing roles through her time at Lenovo, Rogers and most recently Microsoft.

Jon began the first nine years of his legal career as a commercial litigator before becoming an eDiscovery Professional. He is a licensed attorney in DC and has spent the last 9 years working in Microsoft’s Litigation Group in Redmond, Washington as part of a team managing eDiscovery for complex litigation and Government Investigations. He is currently the Lead eDiscovery PM in the Litigation Group at Microsoft. As part of his eDiscovery role at Microsoft, in addition to utilizing the Purview Premium for case work, he has worked closely with the Product Group at Microsoft, testing, and providing feedback on the eDiscovery Tools as they are developed. Jon has also been responsible for standardizing the document review process Microsoft uses with Outside Counsel and vendors and implementing analytics workflows to streamline review.

Before joining Microsoft, Jon was the VP of eDiscovery Services at Hudson Legal, where he oversaw a team of Project Managers in the US and the UK. In his role at Hudson Legal, Jon directly or indirectly oversaw management of hundreds of document reviews for a variety of large companies across numerous industries in the US and UK.
