Description

Mentorship programs can provide an essential framework to support the development and progression of your team and as you yourself move up the ladder. With a greater number of females entering the legal profession, yet very few still in the top positions, how can we use mentoring to bridge this gap and break the glass ceiling once and for all?

This program was recorded as part of Corporate Counsel's Women, Influence, and Power in Law Virtual Conference held on October 29th, 2020.
