Sara Miro is the Managing Attorney and Director of Knowledge at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP’s New York office, where she focuses on knowledge management, technology implementation, data and process improvement for the firm.

Prior to joining the firm’s knowledge management and leadership team, Ms. Miro was an associate in the firm’s litigation group. Ms. Miro draws on her years of practice experience to guide case teams on matter strategy, while also creating innovative ways to enhance attorney workflows through the use of smart technology.

Ms. Miro is one of the co-chairs of the NYC Knowledge Management and Innovation Attorney Network Group. She is also an active volunteer for the International Legal Technology Association and serves as co-chair for PLI’s Knowledge Management and Innovation Summit.

Prior to joining McDermott, Jessie managed the eDiscovery and litigation services ffor a regional law firm, where he designed and implemented best practices and policies. He also previously led review management services for a national eDiscovery provider working directly for Am Law 20 firms and legal departments focusing on diligence, efficiency, cooperation and transparency.

An innovative thought leader and coach, Jessie has written numerous Florida bar-approved CLEs on eDiscovery and served as an adjunct professor of Legal Technology and GIS software for Broward College. He holds industry certifications including Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS), Brainspace Analyst, Reveal AI and Relativity Review Management. Jessie is honored to serve as a board member of Life Preservers Project, a charity founded by eDiscovery veterans providing funds for advocacy programs to victims of human trafficking.
