While some firms across the country have deferred incoming associates for a second time, it looks as though all systems are go in Pennsylvania when it comes to bringing on deferred associates.

Local firms that deferred their fall 2009 first-year associates until January 2010 or later say they are sticking to their original forecasts. And some have started bringing on associates early in response to an uptick in work.
