A Roundup trial involving three women began on Monday in St. Louis, Missouri.

Jury selection began in a case brought by two Ohio women and one woman in Oklahoma who alleged their exposure to Roundup pesticide caused them to get cancer. McDermott Will & Emery partner Anthony Upshaw, in Miami, is stepping in for Monsanto, now owned by Bayer, as is Shayna Cook, a partner at Chicago’s Goldman Ismail Tomaselli Brennan & Baum.
