Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen filed suit against the National Association of Attorneys General, alleging the organization misused taxpayer dollars.

The NAAG, an organization based in Washington, D.C., manages a series of legal settlements entered by its current and former members, including Montana. The fund has grown 4.9% since its inception, according to the complaint.
