As with any client-service provider relationship there are strains between the legal department and their law firms. ALM Intelligence’s Corporate Counsel 2018 Agenda reveals, however, that despite client frustrations there is some good news for law firms. The survey also exposed some clear areas of confusion between the client side and provider side.

To best learn from client feedback, it’s important to fully understand the issues and challenges corporate counsel has with their outside counsel.
