"In this case, the legal system was used as a weapon to bully Ms. Langford simply for being transgender. The plaintiffs did not bring any causes of action against her and admitted that they sought no relief from her. Yet they used our courts to repeat false, drunken rumors about Ms. Langford and then immediately started newsjacking to drive traffic to their crowdfunding page. We are proud that the court put an end to this farce."
