Ryan Barncastle joined Barnes & Thornburg as a partner in the corporate department. His clients include businesses, real estate companies, family offices, entrepreneurs and investors. Previously, Barncastle was a partner at Raines Feldman. He will be based in the Los Angeles office.
DLA Piper named Stacy Paz and Louis Lehot co-managing partners in the Silicon Valley office. The duo will succeed Rich Scudellari, who served as managing partner and co-managing partner for six years. The firm also brought on Holly Lake as partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Lake joined the employment practice, and represents employers in employment law litigation. She previously was a partner at Miller Law Group.
