Shadi Enos Jahangir has joined Blank Rome as a partner in Los Angeles. Jahangir specializes in commercial lending and corporate finance and joins the firm’s finance, restructuring and bankruptcy group. Perviously, Jahangir was a shareholder at Buchalter.
Drinker Biddle brought on Jeremy Pelphrey as partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Pelphrey specializes in advising businesses on ERISA and transaction-based matters. He will be part of the firm’s employee benefits and executive compensation group. Previously, Pelphrey was a partner at Fox Rothschild.
