Private equity expert Jared Jensen has left Goodwin Procter to join Sidley Austin’s global private equity team in San Francisco.
Jensen, who was previously a partner in Goodwin Procter’s San Francisco office for nearly the last five years, said he was drawn to Sidley because of his new firm’s global platform and its commitment to serving private equity clients. Jensen started Wednesday at Sidley.
