Akerman brought on Jeffrey Horton Thomas in the Los Angeles office as a partner. Horton Thomas is the founder of Thomas Employment Law. The firm also hired associates Zoe Bekas and Steven Gallagher in the labor and employment group.
Nathan Cohen joined Peckar & Abramson as senior counsel in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Cohen focuses his practice on construction law, commercial litigation, real estate, corporate compliance and internal investigations. Previously, he was chief legal officer at L&A Group of Companies.
