United States Commodity Funds LLC (USCF), an investment management company in Oakland, California, has promoted Daphne Frydman from the role of deputy general counsel to general counsel, the company announced Tuesday.
Frydman is taking over the role for Carolyn Yu who is now serving as general counsel for USCF’s parent company, Concierge Technologies. Yu will continue as USCF’s chief compliance officer.
