Stephen Toohill joined Solomon Ward Seidenwurm & Smith as a partner in the firm’s real estate group. His practice focuses on the representation of developers, owners, and tenants regarding acquisition, development, leasing and sale of property. Previously Toohill was a partner at Dentons.
Pepper Hamilton brought on two partners in its corporate securities practice group. David Allen joins from K&L Gates, where he was a partner. Allen’s practice focuses on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate securities matters. Derek Dundas previously was a partner at Rutan & Tucker and focuses his practice and corporate counseling and mergers and acquisitions in emerging growth business and venture capital areas. Both partners will be based in the Orange County office.
