Warner Bros. may have unintentionally given Sylvester Stallone a “long count,” and the actor known for his iconic “Rocky” role and veteran attorney Neville Johnson could make them pay a hefty price.

After first faking—Warner Bros. initially said the 1993 sci-fi film “Demolition Man” lost $67 million—and then flooring him with a partial payment for his work—challenged, WB sent him a check for $2.83 million in 2015—it failed to follow up on his request for the accounting on the film.
