SAN FRANCISCO — Networking giant Cisco Systems Inc. has won a round in its scorching intellectual property fight against rival Arista Networks Inc.
An administrative judge of the U.S. International Trade Commission made an initial determination Tuesday that Arista products violate three of Cisco’s patents. The ITC also ruled that two patents were not infringed.
