SAN FRANCISCO — Several firms came together to help ink Santa Monica-based Activision Blizzard Inc.’s $5.9 billion purchase of Dublin, Ireland-based King Digital Entertainment—maker of the famous mobile game Candy Crush Saga. Activision will pay $18 per share for King.

Fenwick & West represented King in the deal, with a team led by Mountain View-based partner Mark Stevens. Stevens did not return calls seeking comment. Dublin, Ireland-based law firm William Fry also provided counsel to King.
