U.S. District Judge Rodney Gilstrap is not happy with the Eastern District of Texas court clerk, and he is not happy with online retailer Newegg Inc.
But Newegg and its lawyers are ecstatic now that Gilstrap has thrown out a $2.3 million jury award against the company from a November 2013 patent infringement trial.
