The Fourth Appellate District reversed a judgment. The court held that a passenger who allegedly urged a driver to drive so fast that the vehicle became airborne, and who allegedly intended that result, could potentially be held liable for the foreseeable injuries suffered by passersby when the driver achieved that result and lost control of his car.
