SAN FRANCISCO — DLA Piper has hired corporate partner Louis Lehot for its East Palo Alto office. Lehot, who started Thursday, comes to DLA after a two-year stint at Cooley. Before that, he was a partner at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton, where he had led the capital markets and public M&A practices.
Lehot was traveling Thursday and unavailable to comment. A Cooley spokeswoman declined to comment on his departure.
