SAN FRANCISCO — Peter Huston, the former assistant chief of the DOJ Antitrust Division’s San Francisco regional office, has joined Sidley Austin as a partner.
Huston led the government’s criminal price-fixing prosecution of AU Optronics Corp. and its post-merger challenge of Bazaarvoice Inc.’s acquisition of PowerReviews Inc. Both matters went to trial, with Huston as first chair.
