William Choe has rejoined Morrison & Foerster‘s corporate practice as a partner in the Palo Alto office. Choe had left the firm to serve as VP of legal at Neustar Inc. Tim Agajanian, who comes from Murchison & Cumming, focuses on business law and commercial litigation, construction defect litigation, environmental law, general liability and casualty litigation, insurance, municipal contracting and government affairs, business transactions and real estate. Kenneth Jones, who joins from Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan, defends businesses in employment, advertising and product liability actions and defends public entities in civil rights, tort claims and False Claims Act cases. Ivan Tjoe, who comes from Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, represents clients in the admiralty, electronics, energy, maritime and communications industries in commercial litigation.
