Guy Chambers has joined Sideman & Bancroft as a partner in its San Francisco office. He focuses his practice on patent litigation, patent prosecution, patent licensing, contested Patent Office proceedings and other intellectual property disputes. Chambers was previously a partner at Duane Morris.
Scott McPhee has joined Latham & Watkins‘ Los Angeles office as a partner in the finance department. McPhee focuses on real estate finance, with a particular emphasis on representing institutional lenders and investors. He was previously a partner at Morrison & Foerster.
