Guy Chambers has joined Sideman & Bancroft as a partner in its San Francisco office. He focuses his practice on patent litigation, patent prosecution, patent licensing, contested Patent Office proceedings and other intellectual property disputes. Chambers was previously a partner at Duane Morris.

Scott McPhee has joined Latham & Watkins‘ Los Angeles office as a partner in the finance department. McPhee focuses on real estate finance, with a particular emphasis on representing institutional lenders and investors. He was previously a partner at Morrison & Foerster.

David Revelt joined Alston & Bird‘s L.A. office as a transactional counsel in its real estate finance and investment group. He brings a decade of experience in real estate transactions, as well as experience in renewable energy markets. He most recently was the director of development at Solar Electric Solutions.

Valarie Jonas and Michael Melendez have joined the San Francisco office of Meckler Bulger Tilson Marick & Pearson as partners in the firm’s insurance coverage group. Jonas was previously with Murchison & Cumming and began her career at Thelen. Melendez was previously with Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal and Morison-Knox Holden Melendez & Prough.

Jason Geller has joined San Francisco labor and employment law firm Fisher & Phillips as a partner. Geller represents employers in litigation in both federal and state courts, Geller was most recently a partner at Meckler Bulger Tilson Marick & Pearson.

Lori Richardson Pelliccioni has joined Foley & Lardner‘s L.A. office as a partner in its health care and government enforcement, compliance and white collar practices. Pelliccioni comes to Foley after holding positions including chief risk officer, general counsel and chief compliance officer at health care companies, and previously was an assistant U.S. attorney in the civil fraud section in Los Angeles.

Neslihan Doran-Civan has joined Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton‘s San Francisco office as an associate in the software and electrical engineering team. She counsels tech clients on patent preparation, prosecution, and related matters. She has a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and Masters of Science degrees from MIT.

Anne Freeman has joined Sideman & Bancroft as an associate in its San Francisco office. Freeman focuses her practice on all aspects of family law including divorce, legal separation, nullity, child custody, child/spousal/family support, complex asset division, and pre-divorce counseling and planning.

Pasadena’s Richardson Harman Ober has promoted Brian Moreno to partner. Moreno practices primarily community association law, real estate and litigation, representing various types of entities, including condominium developments, stock cooperatives and planned developments throughout Southern California.
