The Recorder has named the winners of its 2014 Corporate Practice of the Year Awards. Editors reviewed more than 40 nominations, spoke with client representatives, and interviewed the finalists in six categories to determine the winners. We considered the complexity, size and dollar value of the matters handled; the results obtained and the client’s satisfaction; and the depth and breadth of each contestant’s corporate practice.
