After a personal apology from Raymond Niro Sr., the L.A. judge decided not to grant defendant Vizio’s motion for attorney fees. But she didn’t hold back in calling out the firm’s “inappropriate, unprofessional and vexatious” conduct.
Instead of slowing down, the senior judge is doing something he hasn’t done in 15 years—presiding over criminal cases.
