Former securities litigation partner Dorothy Fernandez has rejoined Morrison & Foerster as a pro bono counsel in San Francisco. Fernandez spent 13 years in the firm’s securities litigation, enforcement and white-collar defense group before leaving the firm in September 2012 to teach as an adjunct instructor at both Golden Gate University Law School and Santa Clara University Law School. She earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1996.
