Jeffrey Wagner has joined Miller Starr Regalia's Walnut Creek office as of counsel in the firm's new common interest development practice group. Previously, Wagner had his own practice in real estate law in Walnut Creek with an emphasis in common interest developments, representing residential developers and homeowners associations. He received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco in 1973.
