Farella Braun & Martel has added Cynthia Rowland as a partner. Rowland, who was previously with Coblentz Patch Duffy & Bass, joins the exempt organizations and family wealth groups and has a special focus on charitable giving arrangements and complex structures for nonprofit organizations. She earned her J.D. from UC-Hastings College of the Law in 1988.
David Chiappetta has rejoined Perkins Coie as a partner in the commercial litigation practice. Formerly with Corrs Chambers Westgarth in Melbourne, Australia, Chiappetta's practice includes class actions, complex contractual disputes, antitrust and consumer protection claims. He graduated from University of Washington School of Law in 1994.
