The Second Appellate District affirmed an order. In the published portion of its opinion, the court held that in the circumstances of this case, the plaintiffs allegation that all of the defendants were each others agents was not a judicial admission that resulted in there being no third parties as to whom arbitration would raise a risk of inconsistent rulings.
