SAN FRANCISCO — Morrison & Foerster is in the $1 billion club.

MoFo’s revenue climbed almost 4 percent in 2012, reaching the $1 billion mark for the first time in the firm’s history. The firm made 5 percent gains in revenue per lawyer and profits per partner, which rose to $990,000 and $1,470,000, respectively. High-profile victories in the boardroom and the courtroom drove the firm’s success, chairman Larren Nashelsky said.
