Jean Bertrand has been inducted as a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. Bertrand, a partner in Schiff Hardin‘s product liability and litigation groups, focuses on commercial litigation, real estate and toxic torts. She received her J.D. from University of Michigan Law School in 1978.
Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein has appointed partner Eric Fastiff as chair of the firm’s antitrust and intellectual property practice group. Fastiff, who has practiced antitrust and commercial litigation for the past 15 years, graduated from Cornell Law School in 1995.
