Seattle seamstress Angel Fraley sued Facebook Inc. for allegedly violating her privacy. She doesn’t want the company to do it again.

Attorneys for Facebook at Cooley said in court papers filed Thursday that they have been trying unsuccessfully since last September to depose Fraley, a named plaintiff in a purported class action first filed in California state court and moved to the Northern District in March 2011. Fraley claims the site used her image and name to advertise products to her Facebook friends without her permission.
